Home Farm is nicely tucked away, but still close enough to large towns and cities. York is a wonderful place to visit, the park and ride is only 10 minutes away and a lot cheaper than parking in York itself. We have already decided that we will be booking in again next year! Miss W, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire 22 February 2011
Fantastic site, great location and lovely staff. Myself and my husband have stayed here twice and would have no hesitations about booking to stay again! :) Mrs S, Lanark, Lanarkshire 06 January 2011
A fantastic tranquil location. Brilliant helpful staff. I would recommend and I would go back for sure. The weekend has been a complete de-stresser. And nothing beats sitting in a hot tub in the snow. Miss J, Durham, County Durham 01 December 2010

Great place; very peaceful, ideal location to visit York. Mr O, Wrexham, Clwyd 04 November 2010
Absolutely fantastic time had by all. Very clean and relaxing. Very friendly. Nice and quiet, but only minutes from York Park and Ride and A64. Just what we wanted. Thank you. Mr L, Pudsey, West Yorkshire 19 October 2010
Excellent location and 1st class accommodation ideal for a relaxing holiday but close to all the tourist spots. Mrs D, DUNFERMLINE, Fife 18 July 2010
We came home fully relaxed from this break we have already recommended Home Farm to family and friends, even our two dogs enjoyed it. Mrs B, Hull, North Humberside 05 July 2010
Great value for money. Fantastic location in the countryside but only a few miles from City Centre. The lodges are of a great standard and the hot tub really makes the difference! Mr M, Dunfermline, Fife 23 June 2010
Fantastic location if a peaceful break is what you are looking for. Only a few miles from the park and ride so easy access into York. Also the park and ride is located at the Designer Outlet! Ms C, ROSEWELL, Midlothian 21 June 2010
Fantastic break! I went on my own as part of a study break and found my surroundings extremely comfortable and peaceful. Great reception for the internet and mobile phone. Really comfortable bed with a lovely duvet and loved the hot tub for the morning wake up and well deserved treat at the end of the day. I felt totally safe and relaxed. Really clean and well maintained, great BBQ too for when I had family and friends visit for an evening. Miss L, YORK, North Yorkshire 26 April 2010
A wonderful get-away-from it all holiday accommodation, and with the added benefit of an outdoor hot tub. It was a very relaxing weekend which I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet. Mrs W, North Shields, Tyne And Wear 21 April 2010
The lodge was nice and spacious, especially just for 2 plus the dogs! We felt the standard of accommodation was very good and reasonable - we have spent much more and stayed in far inferior lodges which were much more expensive. Good value for money and pleased with the facilities in the lodge. Ms R, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne And Wear 27 November 2009
We had a wonderful, peaceful break. The location was excellent - the wonderful city of York was just a few miles down the road, however, the farm was so quiet you felt as though you were in the middle of nowhere! We loved watching the cows pass our accommodation from the hot tub! Mr O, MORECAMBE, Lancashire 18 November 2009
Very peaceful but only a short drive away from York's attractions - brilliant! Miss W, DEWSBURY, West Yorkshire 15 September 2009
A lovely and clean lodge, very close to the designer outlet and an easy location to get to York. The staff are very helpful and we couldn't have asked for anything else, it was fantastic. We are looking to book again next year! Mrs. W, Stockton-On-Tees, 05 September 2009
The lodge was fantastic and the staff were so helpful. Mrs. W, STOCKTON-ON-TEES 22 August 2009
A central position for visiting nearby places of interest, a quiet location and relaxing. Mrs B, Dover, Kent 29 July 2009
If you are looking for total peace and quiet with the city only ten minutes drive away then this is the place to go - gorgeous and well worth every single penny. We had no children, only our two Jack Russel dogs and they loved it too. The hot tub was our favourite feature and even the one night we had rain it was fantastic to just relax in. Our best holiday in a long time and we will book again! Mrs G, ABERDEEN 28 July 2009
A lovely, quiet and relaxing location with a fabulous lodge and wonderful hot tub! Mr B, SHEFFIELD 03 July 2009
